Bruņinieku iela 75 is an eclectic-style brick apartment building, recorded in the cadastre as in use since 1903. Its worn ochre facade, with rusticated storeys, window pediments and a bracketed cornice, still keeps its original character. The most striking details are the wooden window surrounds on the attic floor, with fan-shaped arched tops and lattice panels. A carriageway leads through to the courtyard. The building is not on the state list of protected monuments, and its architect is unknown.
Built year 1903 is the cadastre "in use since" date. Some works lists of architect Reinholds Šmēlings include a two-storey wooden house at Bruņinieku iela 75 (1890), probably an earlier building on this plot. Research by Grok Bot for the archive owner.
