Terms
By using lost-architecture.com (Zudusī arhitektūra) you agree to these terms. They are short and practical.
1. What this site is
A public, non-commercial archive. It may include:
- buildings and structures (houses, factories, barns, palaces, and others)
- street art
- art galleries and exhibitions
People submit entries. You may use helper tools (including Grok or other AI) to fill in fields. Responsibility for accuracy and rights to the content stays with the submitter. Automated mass submission without a human check is not allowed.
A pending entry is shown on its section page while a moderator reviews the address and the content. It is not on the main map until it is approved. If the address or the content does not meet the criteria, the entry can be refused.
2. Submitting
- You may submit anonymously or with a name.
- You confirm that you have the right to post this content, or that it is yours / freely usable.
- You choose a license for each entry. If you do not — it stays CC BY-SA 4.0.
- Do not submit spam, misleading content, unlawful content, or things that do not belong in this archive.
- We may reject, hide, or delete an entry without prior notice if it breaks these terms.
3. Licenses
Use of content is set by that entry’s license. Details: Licenses.
The name, logo, and site code are not Creative Commons. The code is not open at this time.
4. Accuracy
Addresses, years, coordinates, and stories come from submitters. We check them as far as we can, but we do not guarantee that every fact is fully accurate. Errors can be corrected with an update request, which a moderator approves.
5. Use
You may view, cite, research, and index (including with Grok or another search tool) if you follow the entry’s license and credit the source.
You may not:
- mass-damage or pollute the data
- bypass moderation
- present this archive as your own product
- use the logo and name as your own brand
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for how a third party breaks a submitter’s license — that is between them.
7. Contact
