Bruņinieku iela 81 is a narrow, elegant five-storey Art Nouveau apartment building with a red-brown facade. The gable bears the date "1912"; the monument list gives 1911, probably the start of construction. A central bay window is decorated with light stucco reliefs of shells and wreaths. An oval motif repeats across the building: in the window glazing, the carriageway gates and the entrance door. The building is an architectural monument of local significance (protection no. 7763). The architect is unknown.
